Return & Exchange Policy
Before our products leave the warehouse to be shipped, each item is inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe arrival of the item. Therefore, once your product has been shipped we are unable to resell our products.
Although rare, damages can occur during transit. If you believe the product you received is in faulty condition, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 Hrs of product delivery to info@tabuwu.com.
Due to the nature of our products, and are intended for intimate use, we cannot accept returns.
If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement.
Please note that pre-paid shipping labels and approved exchanges are valid for 10 days only.
Each stone is individual & uniquely carved and therefore. may have minor imperfections such as, superficial surface scratches, light difference in color, texture and smoothness are normal and doesn't affect the use of the product.
All sales are final, and we can only offer exchanges on damaged products.
